Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

> Goods are broken; or

> Good does not match description.

 

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

      > Customised items; or 
      > Change of Mind.


      In certain circumstance we may offer store credit.
      In the case of Pop Vinyl packaging, the outer packaging is not included in a broken or damaged item as the packaging is fragile and despite our attempts, not always are they delivered to us in 100% condition and the supplier does not constitute this as damage to the product therefore we agree with that term.
      Returns
      Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
      To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn or unused, with tags in original condition and in its original packaging.
      To start a return, you can contact us at pop.into.wonderland@gmail.com.
      If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on where to address your package.
      Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      Our Wonderland Emporium is not responsible for any returns cost/post fees.
      In the case of a return to sender postal costs of re-sending your order out will be on the consumer.

      In the case we do not hear from you once the package has been returned to us within 5 business days your order will be refunded minus actual shipping costs & a 10% restocking fee.
